Routine Appointments and Pre-Purchase Examinations

It is best to schedule an appointment via email by contacting us at office@claycreekequine.com.

Texts and emails will be answered during business hours. In an emergency, please always leave a voicemail.

Please make sure you are using the emergency line after hours at 610-350-4575 to be directly connected to the vet on call.

Appointments

In general, the practice radius covers Chester County, PA, northern Maryland and Delaware, and parts of southwestern NJ. If you are outside of the radius, exceptions are made for scheduled appointments, so please call to discuss your location. Appointments times are flexible.

Emergencies

A 35 minute radius surrounding Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania is the range of emergency coverage that can be provided safely. Please always leave a message. As a reminder, the emergency line is 610-350-4575.

New clients are welcome to call in an emergency situation, but in order to guarantee emergency coverage, patients must have been seen for preventative care in the past year and have an account in good financial standing.
